Stimpunks Foundation is governed with community-first accountability and guided by the lived experience of neurodivergent and disabled leaders. Our board provides mission oversight, fiduciary responsibility, and strategic direction in service of disability justice, access infrastructure, and mutual aid.
Every board member brings deep lived experience, commitment to community leadership, and alignment with Stimpunks’ values of dignity, authenticity, and access as infrastructure.

Board Members
Ryan Boren (he/they) — Co-Founder, Co-Creative Director, Board Chair
Ryan is co-founder of Stimpunks and serves as Board Chair. With a background in tech leadership and community building, Ryan brings strategic experience and a commitment to translating lived experience into public infrastructure. 
Chelsea Adams (she/her) — Executive Director
Chelsea leads the organization’s strategy and operations. She has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and disability justice work, shaping programs that honor agency, access, and equity. 
Norah Hobbs (she/her) — Program Director
Norah oversees program development and delivery, bringing a depth of care experience and a focus on creating environments that prioritize inclusion and emotional safety. 
Helen Edgar (she/her) — Co-Creative Director
Helen co-directs creative strategy and educational design. She is a long-time educator and writer whose work centers autistic advocacy, burnout, and neuroqueer theory. 
Betsy Selvam (she/her) — Board Vice Chair
Betsy supports governance and strategic planning as Vice Chair. She brings artistic perspective and scholarly inquiry to Stimpunks’ community work. 
Becky Hicks (she/her) — Board Member
Becky contributes creative leadership and cross-sector experience from decades in visual communication, arts direction, and community projects. 
Kristina Brooke Daniele (she/her) — Board Secretary
Kristina serves as Board Secretary, bringing experience in education, community design, and collaborative safe-space creation.
