P2 is part of our communication stack. It is a web and WordPress based team collaboration tool. In our three levels of communication, P2 is used for “Discussion” and “Publication”. In our three speeds of communication, P2 is used for “Async” and “Storage”. In our three spaces of communication, P2 is used for “Campfires” and “Watering Holes”.
We have four P2s: General, Watercooler, Editorial, and Events

Get started:
- Sign up at WordPress.com. You do not need to create a website while signing up. You only need a user account.
- Send Ryan your WordPress.com username via Element chat.
- Ryan will send you an invite via email to join our P2 network.
- Accept the invite.
P2 defaults to sending you an email each time a new post is published, and you can configure that as you prefer, but you might also want to look into the WordPress Mobile app, which is compatible with P2 and allows you to get notifications on your phone.
