Our website is a living document that is always changing and growing.
Here are some changes we made to the website in November.
Week 45
- Installed “Internet Archive Wayback Machine Link Fixer – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org” to backup all of our pages and every page we link to the Internet Archive. It also replaces links in our pages that no longer resolve with the Internet Archive versions of the links. We curate lots of community writing at Stimpunks. So much of it disappears from the web, including fundamental documents of the neurodiversity movement. Glad this plugin now exists to aid our mission. Aside: We recommend Tyson Yunkaporta’s writing on Deep Time Diligence and data vulnerability.
- Added “Noun – I Need Someone To Lean On (Official Audio) – YouTube” to the “Give Help, Get Help” lilypad that is used on several pages including the front page. For me, it’s a hopeful song acknowledging and celebrating our interdependence.
- Did a layout refresh on “⛺️🔥 Cavendish Space: Caves, Campfires, and Watering Holes for Dandelions, Tulips, and Orchids”. Mostly adjusting padding on lily pads.
- Added a quote from “Psychometric evaluation of the Comprehensive Autistic Trait Inventory in autistic and non-autistic adults – Michael CW English, Rebecca E Poulsen, Murray T Maybery, David McAlpine, Paul F Sowman, Elizabeth Pellicano, 2025” to “Comprehensive Autistic Trait Inventory – Stimpunks Foundation”.
- Added buttons to take the CATI and the Monotropism Questionnaires to “Autism Pathway – Stimpunks Foundation”.
Week 46
- Added quotes from “Mental health outcomes associated with applied behavior analysis in a US national sample of privately insured autistic youth – Nahime G Aguirre Mtanous, Jamie Koenig, Melica Nikahd, Sarah E Effertz, Sal Silinonte, J Madison Hyer, Brittany N Hand, Lauren Bishop, 2025” to our “Behaviorism Why Sheet”.
- Added a quote from “‘A Lovely Safe Umbrella to Describe Yourself With’ or ‘Meaningless’: An Online Survey of UK-Based Neurodivergent Adults’ Views of Neurodiversity-Related Terminology – Aimee Grant, Jennifer Leigh, Monique Botha, Stephen J. Macdonald, Kathryn Williams, Gemma Williams, Kieran Rose, Ann Memmott, Amy Pearson, 2025” to our “Epistemic Injustice” glossary page.
- Added AI disclaimer to “Connect”.
- Backed “Unauthorised Absence 🎥🚸 Parents & Schools in a SEND Crisis by Natalie Lauren — Kickstarter” at the “Community Hero” level, the benefits for which include our logo on promotional materials and in the film itself.
- Published “Pathology Lite” with quotes from “What is pathology lite? – Ombre Tarragnat”.
- Updated the “Neuronormativity” glossary page with selections from “The Neuronormative Paradigm: Naming The Systems That Harm | Autistic Realms”.
Week 47
- Published “Human Interdependence Paradigm”.
- Added a quote from “From Meritocracy to Human Interdependence: Redefining the Purpose of Education – Yong Zhao (赵勇), Ruojun Zhong (仲若君), 2025” to “Learning Space: At the Intersection of Dewey and Freire”.
- Published “Applied Learning” with quotes from “Making Learning Real: Design Principles and Evidence for Applied Learning in Schools – EdResearch for Action”.
- Added a quote from “Making Learning Real: Design Principles and Evidence for Applied Learning in Schools – EdResearch for Action” to “Learning Space: At the Intersection of Dewey and Freire”. “Applied Learning” synthesizes decades of research into something very aligned with our philosophy and style.
Week 48
- Added link to “Autistic Communication Tool | Supporting Autistic People in Healthcare” to “Healthcare Pathway”.
- Added “The WEIRDEST Theory of Autism You’ve Probably Never Heard of… – YouTube” to “Meerkat Mode”.

- Updated “Accommodations: Individualized Responses to Structural Design Problems” with selections from “Inclusion Must Be Global, Decolonized, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, and Anti-Normative”.
