What Is Infodumplings?
Infodumplings is a weekly community gathering space where neurodivergent and disabled people bring their muchness — their special interests, their deep dives, their rabbit holes — and share them with people who actually want to hear it.
Having a special interest is like having a crush or being newly in love. It is consuming and delightful. We love to share our special interests and a common example of autistic empathy is encouraging others to talk in great detail — “infodump” — about their SpIns. It is considered a sign of caring and friendship to encourage someone to talk to you about their SpIn — whether or not you actually share their interest — because nothing makes an autistic person happier than discussing, learning about, or sharing about, their SpIn.
Listening to the monotropic people in your life infodump about their SpIns is a love language.
Here, infodumping is not a deficit to be corrected. It is connection. It is care. It is the whole point.
Each session is anchored in a word from the Stimpunks Glossary, chosen by a rotating community curator. From there, we watch together, chat, take a bodymind break, and open the mic.
You don’t need to be an expert. You just need something you’ve been thinking about.
When & Where
Every Thursday at 7PM Central
Online — Stimpunks Learning Space
Open to neurodivergent and disabled people and our allies.
What to Expect
Infodumplings is cozy, low-pressure, and community-authored. Every session is a little different because every curator brings their own muchness to it.
You can expect:
- A glossary word as the session’s anchor — something from our own community language
- A video or two to watch together, followed by chat
- A scheduled bodymind break — no explanation needed, no pressure to return on camera
- An open mic space at the end for anyone who wants to infodump about a special interest
- Sparklies in the dark ✨
You can come as you are. Comfortable clothing, safe foods, stimming, lurking — all welcome.

✨ Sparkles in the Dark: Open Mic
The last ten minutes of every session are for the community. Anyone who wants to briefly share a special interest, hyperfixation, or rabbit hole they’ve been down lately is invited to take the mic.
No expertise required. No polished presentation. Just your muchness, offered to people who want to receive it.
It tends to get dark outside right around this time. Sparklies in the dark is the perfect way to end a Thursday.
The Glossary Connection
Each session is anchored in a word from the Stimpunks Glossary — our living, community-rooted dictionary of neurodivergent and disability language.
The curator picks a word that’s been living in their head. From there, they find a video or two that opens up that word, build a few discussion questions, and bring it to the group.
The glossary word isn’t a destination. It’s a doorway.
Some words to start exploring:

Down the Rabbit Hole
Alice, Alice, heart and soul
Fell into a rabbit hole
Dreamers dream until they don’t
Lost her mind a while ago
Alice, Alice, don't you know?
Wonderland was all a hoax
Made it up so she could cope
Madder than a hatter Alice broke
