NeurodiVerse : human scale cultures created by neurodiversity within the human species
(a) the universe of NeurodiVentures
(b) the set of all neurodivergent peopleOur evolving web of relationships, mutual aid, and peer support initiatives is best understood in terms of emergent Ecologies of Care beyond the human.
These organizations are part of the rhizome with us. Not partners in the corporate sense — aligned presences in a shared ecology of care.
They are neurodivergent-led, disability justice-oriented, neuroaffirming in practice. They build things we believe in: peer support, liberatory education, creative capacity, community infrastructure. We are connected with them because the work overlaps, the values align, and solidarity is how we go far.

Dr. Lauren Watson At Warren Wilson College, we are reimagining the higher education experience through a neuroinclusive lens. As Director, I lead “Minds of All Kinds,” a suite of programs designed to support neurodivergent students via universal design for learning (UDL), specialized coaching, and an integrated work-crew model. Our mission is to move beyond mere “accommodation” toward a campus culture where neurodivergent students lead, thrive, and transition into meaningful careers with confidence and agency.

Work in progress – #Codename:Dakini – Transmedia IP Universe in which trauma narrative, lived experience, information theory, and #quantumpunk braid to deliver a story that is triadic in irony, meaning, resonance, and song. We package heritage seeds for the future and those who will live and love within it.

Ally – (website and logo coming soon) My coaching practice supports neurodiverse families in building calmer homes, more connected communication, and lasting systems that actually work. Drawing from lived experience with AuDHD parenting—plus years in business leadership—I blend empathy, science-backed tools, and real-world practicality. Each coaching package meets families where they are: from finding calm, to feeling heard, rekindling motivation, to creating sustainable routines. Together, we turn chaos into connection and help every brain in the family feel seen, capable, and understood.
Brad – I am the facilitator for my newly created LGBTQ+ support group, which I offer through the Dallas, Texas, chapter of the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance. This is a self-help peer support group for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals with mental health conditions that allows participants the opportunity to check in with each other, process their feelings and concerns, and leave committed to action. I have been proud to initiate this group since February 2026, and I am looking forward to what the future has in store for me and my group! 🙂
